Kurion also provide innovative solutions for copper refineries who provide purification technologies to remove metal impurities from copper electrolyte bleed streams, and recovered purified acid can then be recycled back to the tank house. This significantly reduces acid consumption and waste treatment expenses.

Project Services

Our engineers and design draughtsmen who undertake the scheme development, which includes plant layout, pressure vessel and pipework design, the specification of mechanical, electrical and controls equipment etc. This capability is supported by a computer aided design and drafting team. Site Managers and Site Engineers are available to manage the complete mechanical and electrical installations or simply to supervise clients construction resource

Kurion's experienced commissioning team undertake the functional testing and subsequent start up of the Wastewater Treatment Plant into full service. Process performance is put to the test prior to the training of operating and maintenance staff.

We have developed a sophisticated project management capability to handle contracts in close harmony with our in-house engineering facility to ensure the highest quality of service for our customers.

Each project has a contract manager responsible for the successful execution of the project. His role is to interface with the client and to co-ordinate the various disciplines within the company, develop and monitor the overall programme. He will draw on a multi-disciplined engineering team together with erection and commissioning staff as appropriate.
