The Heart of the Enviolet® UV Oxidation Process - The Reactor

Our modular reactor design allows us to adapt our system to meet almost any performance requirement. Existing systems can be easily retro-fitted to accommodate new applications.

As partners of plant engineering, we also offer our Enviolet® Oxidation reactors in all sizes as a pre-mounted ready-to-go system which can be built into treatment facilities.

UV Oxidation - Enviolet UV Lamp

1. Reactor casing is made with borosilicate glass to allow viewing inside the reactor at any time.

2. Special flow regulators create a rotational flow, which guarantees high turbulence ensuring effective UV Oxidation, but without deposits being generated on the UV lamp.

3. Radiation chamber is tailored to suit the characteristics of the fluid and the oxidation level required.

4. Monitoring of temperature inside reactor.

 5. Stacked construction can be easily extended to increase the oxidation level.

6. Low losses through placement of the performance unit close to the reactor.

7. Electronic performance control for maximum UV power and long life for the UV lamp.

8. Flow monitor for each reactor.

9. Standardised safety valve for pressure systems.

10. User-friendly HMI control with full process visualisation.
