Special applications of Enviolet®:
We combine new UV oxidation technology with additional chemical and physical process steps to create a process that extends UV oxidation technology into new fields of process waste treatments that were previously thought to be uneconomical. Our advanced oxidation technology integrates different process steps into a unified process.
Cyanide Treatment / Cyanide Destruction - CyanoMat®
Environmental award of Berlin, 1999 - Waste water and concentrates containing cyanide of up to 80g per litre CN- are treated with this method. The detoxification is automatic, fast and safe. No AOX is produced during the cyanide treatment (cyanide destruction) and all relevant regulatory parameters are met using this new method of treatment.
Nickel Bath Conditioning
This is a breakthrough in plating technology. Equip your nickel baths with the latest technology and reduce operating costs through residue-free 'cold' burning of undesired organic material during production. |
Electroless nickel Plating
We treat waste water and concentrates from electroless nickel plating processes, with and without ammonia, where nickel, phosphorous, COD and ammonia are treated to meet environmental discharge limits.
Zinc Nickel Plating
Our powerful and patented CyanoMat® reactor is capable of treating waste water and concentrates containing zinc-nickel from zinc nickel plating processes. The treatment costs are considerably lower than that for external disposal, and are not feed concentration dependant.
Recycling of acid copper baths and pulse plating baths for pattern and panel plating
A UV evaporator has been developed to treat copper baths (acidic copper, pulse plating and special applications) the system combines bath decontamination through the elimination of tramp organic species, combined with reuse of pre-concentrated rinse water. This technology yields lower reject levels by optimising bath operating conditions.
Oxidation of aromatic hydrocarbons
A custom engineered UV-Catalyst process has been developed for the elimination of aromatics. This method has a wide range of industrial applications.
